Inspired by Mexican mural artist Diego Rivera, my fabric paintings on cloth are murals without walls. In revolutionary style they hung between the trees in the years of the women's peace camp. The mood of my new work is more reflective, concerned more with spiritual ponderings on life, conception, birth and death. The background to this is the harmony and integrity of nature. My studio and my work benefits from this setting amidst Greenham Common.
