Directions:  The pottery is situated next to Oare Church and can be accessed from the B4009 at the north end of Hermitage or from Priors Court Road at the end of Hillier's Garden Centre.

The boom of the Bittern, the Barn Owls' screech, the song of the Humpback Whales - evocative sounds which with their visual beauty inspire Mike to model these and other creatures. All the work is sculpted using stoneware clay and glazed. Birds also feature in Mary's work but as decorative motifs as part of machine stitched, handmade felt and painted silk wall hangings and pictures.
